Tuqui Mancia

Twelve years ago, Tuqui found yoga and it quickly became her new lifestyle. Yoga was a tool she used to heal from lost connections, grief, and insecurities. This power of healing and connection is what still brings her to the mat every day. Tuqui is a 500-hour certified Yoga teacher and a Rocket Vinyasa teacher (level 2). She empowers her students to dig deeper in asana practice and physical body to discover their strengths. Her goal is for her students to face their fears and traumas, push through the discomfort, and then to find acceptance and comfort in the process.

She sticks to a daily routine of Ashtanga, Rocket or handstand practice and combines it with meditation, breath work and journaling. Besides her love of yoga and teaching, Tuqui loves to travel the world, exploring new places and people.

Fiona Joyce

Fiona's passion for mental and physical wealth has been a constant throughout her life. Through fitness she supported people with their physical wealth, through life coaching their mental wealth and through yoga the opportunity to bring it all together. Now a 500 RYT with the Yoga Alliance, Fiona first came across yoga over 20 years ago but preferred the intensity of weight training, HIIT and spin classes which she taught and practiced. Rather than arriving in yoga in a zen-like haze, she slid in sideways somewhat broken from all that intensity and needing to heal! Fast forward 10 years and Fiona's training now includes Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini and Restorative yoga styles. Her background in fitness and coaching allows her to design sequences that challenge, restore or heal as required, weaving in pranayama and meditation to build maximum impact.
